If you wish to return your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 10 days following the shipment date of your order from Windsor Diamonds Company. |
If you choose to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange within 10 days after your purchase has been shipped from Windsor Diamonds Company please do the following: |
a. Original Invoice & Certificate: The original invoice & certificate must be included in the returned package. |
b. Return Merchandise, Unaltered, in the Original Packaging: We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged. |
Windsor Diamonds Company reserves the right of rejecting a claim of refund if it finds the returned merchandise is different or altered or damaged than it was shipped to the customer. |
c. Insurance: Insure your Purchase and Ship it to Windsor Diamonds Company for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it via U.S. Postal Service or FedEx or UPS with return receipt using the return shipping label that was included in your original shipment or use FedEx or UPS service. |
Please note: We cannot accept returns for merchandise shipped from outside the United States. |
We will call you or send you e-mail to let you know we have received the merchandise.
A full refund will be issued to you within 2-3 business days of confirmation of receipt. |
